We respect your digital footprint. Laio uses only strictly necessary cookies required for the core functionality of the platform.
- Authentication Cookies: We use an essential session cookie to keep you logged in securely.
- No Third-Party Trackers: We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixels, or any third-party tracking, advertising, or marketing cookies.
- Identity Providers: When you log in via Google, Microsoft, or euqai, you are redirected to your chosen identity provider to authenticate. These providers may set their own cookies as part of their authentication process. This processing is governed by the privacy and cookie policies of the respective provider, and we encourage you to review those policies for more information. We only receive the information necessary to authenticate your account and do not use these providers for tracking or marketing purposes.

- Billing & Accounting: To manage your subscriptions, track credit usage, and fulfill our legal accounting obligations.
- Technical Troubleshooting: To debug system errors, monitor API usage, and ensure platform stability.
Important Notice regarding Internal Access: For technical, legal, and accounting reasons, our administrators may review your account status, credit usage, and the contents of your research sessions (including generated articles). We do this strictly to ensure the system is functioning correctly and to prevent abuse.
